GoPro shall share troubleshooting tips over email/phone/chat
If problem still persists and so GoPro shall share the RMA# over the email to the customer footing which the replacement shall take identify.
The faulty unit has to exist couriered past the customer to Luxury Personified address
GoPro in plow shall then initiate the replacement one time the faulty unit arrives at their country of origin. The replacement product from GoPro shall be couriered the customer address.

Service related process for Cameras falling under the 2nd year Local Warranty

Physical impairment and water damage cases not considered under the 2nd year warranty flow.

Post inspection of production by LP staff, once canonical, replacement model shall be handed over.
In instance of non-availability of approved replacement model (an EOL or no longer available product) which the customer is eligible for, the customer shall be liable to pay the difference in amount for the upgraded model opted, as the just choice.

Terms & Conditions

The Warranty based on Extended Warranty:

Extended Warranty (EW) valid on camera with official product hologram purchased in India just.
EW applicable on HERO8 Blackness, MAX, HERO9 Blackness model only.
EW is effective from the date of purchase. 1st yr International warranty, 2nd year local EW by Luxury Personified
EW is non-transferable and applicable only to the beginning hand user purchasing the product from an Authorised Dealer of Luxury Personified.
To avail extended warranty free of cost, client needs to annals within i calendar month from the appointment of purchase.
Luxury Personified has every correct to reject if the required documents is missing or manipulated.
Does non cover the product of which type or series number has been altered, removed or defaced.
For replacement during the extended warranty, you need the EW issued by Luxury Personified. wherein you need to hand over or send the product to the Luxury Personified Collection Centre in original packaging enclosing the Extended Warranty details.
In instance of non - availability of canonical replacement model (an EOL or no longer available product) which the customer is eligible for, the customer shall be liable to pay the difference in corporeality for the upgraded model opted for, as the only option.

EW does non encompass the post-obit cases:-

Due to misue of the product.
Due to the adaptation, aligning, repairs disassembling, and /or cleaning performed on the production by any party other than the Luxury Personified.
Due to the exposure to dust, sand, fire, h2o (beyond 10 meter), shock etc.
Due to the mishandling of the product, improper storage, improper intendance, inadequate safekeeping.
